SECOND
NON BAILABLE WARRANT
AGAINST HARISH KUMAR
SO-CALLED PRESIDENT OF TFI
& OTHERS.
The
Lucknow Judicial Magistrate-IInd on 11th July 2013 also issued a Non
Bailable Warrant (NBW) in case 9747/2008. This is the second warrant issued
against the following accused persons:-
- Harish Kumar, so-called President of TFI.
- T. Praveen Kumar, so-called Secretary General of TFI.
- V.N. Gaikwad, so-called Treasurer of TFI.
- Chandra Kr. Sharma, so-called joint Secretary of TFI

Both
the criminal cases were filed by Grandmaster Jimmy R. Jagtiani, Secretary
General of TFI, criminal proceeding are underway against Harish Kumar for inter
alia having hijacked the Taekwondo Federation of India, TFI-Lucknow, illegally
declared himself the President of Taekwondo Federation of India, manipulated a
total captivation and captorization of the lawful activities of the Taekwondo
Federation of India, Lucknow.
The
other persons including Harish Kumar are also an accused in a criminal for
duping Rs: 6 Crore from the Department
of Youth Affair & Sports since 2010 to 2013 and misrepresenting that the
bogus TFI is a genuine one, take the Law in their hands, using the name and
banner of TFI, Lucknow, deliberately and intentionally avoiding and evading the
NBW served on them.
The
Non Bailable Warrant of arresting Harish Kumar & others has been served
thrice in criminal case No. 1623/99, i.e. NBW- 1st-dated 30.1.2013,
2nd-dated 30.3.2013, 3rd-dated-25.5.2013, but they have been
avoiding evading since than. The Commissioner of Police are un-able to trace
the accused persons till date.
